What we collect
When you join the Mad Rabbit technical intelligence interest list, Mad Rabbit HVAC collects the email address you submit, the signup date, and a record of the consent language shown when you joined.
Why we collect it
We use the list to record interest in Mad Rabbit HVAC's technician-first technical intelligence project and, after our email program is activated, to send development updates and information about possible limited technician testing. Joining does not create an account and does not guarantee early access.
Email status
Mad Rabbit HVAC is not currently sending marketing or automated interest-list emails. Before those messages begin, our emails will identify the sender, include a valid mailing address, and provide a working unsubscribe method.
Storage and sharing
Signup records are stored in restricted systems used to operate the website and maintain the owner’s interest-list record. We do not sell the list. We may use service providers to host the website, maintain the list, or deliver future email, but only for those operating purposes.
Your choices
You may request removal of your email at any time. Future list emails will also include an unsubscribe method. To request removal before email delivery begins, use the Mad Rabbit HVAC privacy contact.
Retention and security
We retain an interest-list record while it is needed for the purposes above or until removal is requested. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a limited email list, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Audience and updates
This website and list are intended for HVAC technicians and other trade professionals, not children under 13. We may update this notice as the technical intelligence interest program develops. The effective date above will identify the current version.
